It has come to our attention that an illegal and fraudulent website is unl=

 no way affiliated=2C associated=2C authorized=2C or connected with the WS=
EAS website=2C which is only the wseas.com (https://wseas.com/) .

l counsel to take immediate and appropriate legal action against all respo=
nsible parties. We will pursue all available remedies to protect our name=
=2C trademarks=2C reputation=2C and the integrity of the authors and resea=
rchers who publish with us.

We strongly warn the public=2C researchers=2C and the academic community t=
o exercise extreme caution and to avoid any interaction with the aforement=
ioned fraudulent website.

 have informed all indexing services and all Universities NOT to recognize=
 publications originating from the fake=2C illegal=2C pirated=2C and fraud=
ulent pseudo-site wseass.com.
We are identifying the authors one by one via Google who have likely been=
 misled and have published on the fake=2C illegal=2C pirated=2C and fraudu=
lent pseudo-site wseass.com=2C and we are NOTIFYING THE ACADEMIC AUTHORITI=
ES of their departments and universities not to recognize these fake publi=
cations=2C as they will never be accepted by any indexing service.
We sent to ZENODO also this forrmal complaint

I am writing on behalf of WSEAS LLC www.wseas.com to formally report a ser=
ious case of fraud=2C identity misuse=2C and academic misconduct involving=
 your platform. It has come to our attention that unknown individuals have=
 maliciously cloned and falsified our official website (wseas.com) by crea=
ting the deceptive and illegal domain wseass.com
This fraudulent website is impersonating our organization=2C misleading au=
thors and researchers=2C and operating without any authorization.
More concerning is the fact that this illegal entity is actively using the=
 Zenodo platform to upload publications and obtain DOIs=2C thereby gaining=
 undeserved legitimacy and facilitating the spread of this scam.
This misuse of Zenodo significantly damages our reputation (but also the Z=
ENODO's reputation) and undermines the integrity of academic publishing.
We wish to clearly state the following:WSEAS (wseas.com) has absolutely no=
 affiliation with the website-scam wseass.com.
The operators of wseass.com are engaging in fraudulent and deceptive pract=
ices.
The use of Zenodo by these actors contributes directly to the perpetuation=
 of this scam.

We hereby formally request that Zenodo:
1. Immediately investigate all records associated with the illegal wseass.=
com
2. Remove all DOIs and publications linked to this fraudulent entity.
3. Provide us with any available information regarding the individuals or=
 organizations responsible for these uploads.

Please note that this matter has already been reported to the Cyber Crime=
 Units in both the United States and Greece=2C and investigations are ongo=
ing.
Given the severity of this situation=2C we expect your immediate cooperati=
on.
Failure to take appropriate action may leave us with no alternative but to=
 pursue legal measures=2C including actions against Zenodo=2C for facilita=
ting and enabling this fraudulent activity.
